telerob Fernhantierungstechnink GmbH is a world market leader in the development and sale of remote controlled EOD-Robots (explosive ordnance disposal) and systems for the disarmament and disposal of bombs or improvised explosive devices. The products are mainly sold to customers in the homeland security, police or military sector. With more than 600 installed systems in active service telerob is present in more than 50 countries of which alone 19 are NATO-States. The company is located in Ostfildern close to Stuttgart. telerob was purchased from Rheinmetall AG in 2007 and sold to Cobham plc, a UK defence contractor, in 2011.


Based in Friedeburg, in north-western Germany, Angiokard Medizintechnik GmbH is a leading company in the manufacture and distribution of CPTs (customized procedure trays) in Germany. The company focusses in particular on CPTs for angiography and cardiology. The Company centres around the service aspect of its CPTs which are configured to the particular needs of each individual customer. The products allow enhancing process efficiency in the OR and thereby increasing a hospital’s operation capacity. The company was acquired from Masterflex in 2009.


The WEGU Group is an automotive supply company based in Kassel. The company is specialized in niche applications in the areas of vibration control (rubber-metal and silicon-metal products) as well as light weight plastic injection moulding components. Its clients comprise mainly German premium car and truck OEMs as well as their tier two and tier three suppliers respectively. The WEGU Group was acquired by way of a succession solution from the Bonrath Family.

Stoll is one of the leading companies in this market in Germany and globally. With more than 500 employees, the Stoll group develops, produces and distributes front loaders and implements for tractors ranging from 10 to 300 hp. With its three front loader lines ProfiLine, EcoLine and CompactLine as well as its wide range of sub-frames, Stoll caters for most tractor brands and models. Stoll is the manufacturer with the broadest front load programme worldwide. The company was acquired from Danish family company Freudendahl Invest A/S in February 2013.
